amsterdreams brings together the money people you and I put in to buy homes in Amsterdam. These homes are then made available to you and me, as rent-to-own. Which homes we buy is determined by a democratic vote.
In other words, we need you to be able to provide the homes. There are two things you can do to help:
- Buy some AMS tokens. We all provide the money to buy the homes. Because amsterdreams does not depend on banks or venture capital, we need this kind of crowdfunding. If everyone will wait for someone else to put money in, then it doesn’t work 😉 The good news is: your purchase of AMS tokens is in your own advantage, if the house prices in the Amsterdam market rise.
- Vote for homes. Let us know what you prefer in a home, by voting for a variety of representative homes. From the criteria of the homes that get the most votes, we can determine what you are looking for.
