So you’ve made your first AMS token purchase. Congratulations! Your journey of investing in Amsterdam has begun.
However, even though your tokens are securely stored on the blockchain, the popular MetaMask wallet does not show them by default yet. AMS is too new! Here is how to solve that problem.
This is the standard MetaMask layout. The AMS tokens are not shown by default. If you scroll down, you will see a way to import tokens.
Select Custom Token in the screen that appears and paste the following address in: 0x571b265d8f61cd71e6ce54569dae6adbb1c5ebb9 . This is the address of the AMS contract on the blockchain. Heed the warning in the MetaMask UI: this is the only valid AMS contract address and it will never change.
Once you paste the address, MetaMask will find the name of the AMS token on the blockchain. After you add it, you will be able to see your AMS tokens!
